It's not a broken anything but did you ever notice a huge purple, green, and yellow bruise on your leg or arm, and when someone says "what did you do" you don't have a good answer because you have no idea what created that bruise?
I am usually walking around with some kind of big bruise somewhere and no clue how it happened. If I am working on something I get so focused on what I am doing that I just don’t notice when I have banged an arm or leg on something.

All the time. My normal response is "what bruise?" I usually don't even see it until someone points it out.
Right now, my right knee is swelled like a grapefruit and I pulled the tendon somehow. Can't even put weight on it. Don't have a clue how I did that.

Oh, all the time! Easy bruising seems to be a family trait.

I more often than not wake up with a crick in the neck or a hitch in my giddy-yap or whatever and can't walk or move right for a few hours. My excuse is always "it was the cats turn for the pillow" :flail:
Waking up without being able to put weight on a limb, ouch

I have broken three toes. One of them, twice. My left big toe and the one next to it were broken when I was little and playing around the house. My big right toe was first broken when I was a teen when a car door smashed it. It was then broken four years ago when my pajama pant cuff got caught in a floor vent in our house. (Old house with an old floor vent right in front of the bathroom.) The breaks were almost in the same place. It feels really odd when I drive.

The orbital bone around my right eye and the femur, tibia, and patella (and a bunch of torn muscles and tendons) in my left leg were all caused by domestic violence. DV also caused hairline fractures at the base of my skull.

I snapped a toe racing to catch the bathtub before it overflowed. I was drawing bath water and cooking at the same time. The water was about half an inch from overflowing. I had to wear pointed-toe high heels to a party that night. It felt like Cinderella's sister trying to force my bulging foot into that shoe. I almost didn't get it off afterward.

I shattered my wrist exiting a motorcycle in a curve before we had any training. Fortunately all my protective gear did its job or I might not be here. Of course it was my right wrist and I'm right -handed. I was surprised the bank cashed my checks because my left-handed signature looked like hen scratching. I had a button on my sling that said, "Of course it was an accident. Do you think I'd do this deliberately?"

My nose 3x. Once as a toddler when a dog ran after me and I fell on my face (funny how I never was afraid of dogs after that, though) and the 2nd time after a friend landed on my face with her huge feet in a moonwalk at a local fair. Third was when the stupid doctor tried to wrench it back in place :argh: My father nearly passed out watching that.

I got a new one out of it at least :yess: My grandmother offered to pay for the surgery when I was in my 20's. I jumped on it!

Toes a few times most certainly but never diagnosed.

Most recently fractured my left foot - small break but took months to heal.

Broke my baby toe on the coffee table. It's now slightly rotated out to the side and permanently purple (not really noticeable unless you really look). I also broke my nose getting head butted (by accident) playing basketball. What's worse, is my sister punched me in the face (again, by accident) just two days later!!! Now I can only wear metal framed sunglasses because I have to bend them so they don't sit crooked on my face. Again though, you can't really tell my nose is crooked by just looking at me.

I've been kicked, thrown, banged up, sent into the air
Jeez, who you been hanging out with?

What is a moonwalk?

I don't know if I've ever broken anything because I never go to the doctor and always let things heal on their own. I tripped over my friend's boat, I couldn't see where he had it anchored to the ground in the front and busted my hand.

I fracture my shin, broke a bone in my foot and I had a broken pelvis. My mother had no idea how I broke my pelvis. I must of been a baby.

I think that's another word for a bouncy house, or whatever those inflatable bouncy things are called that they have at festivals, lol.

I've never had a diagnosed broken bone. I've probably broken a few toes.

One of my brothers slipped on a magazine when he was about 18 months old. The doctor said he didn't know how to read a baby's x-rays (?) and babies' bones are too soft to really break anyway (?). But they put him in a walking cast for a month or so. My other brother broke his hand when he got mad while playing basketball and punched the pole that held up the basket. He got an x-ray but there's not a lot they can do for a broken hand anyway so they just put the closest finger in a splint. He still has a weird bulge there.

Just a finger. A swimming pool ended before I'd finished swimming...
