Yes. It has an upper respiratory infection, by the looks of that photo. Who does the kitten belong to?

An acquaintance of mine. My friend wants to get a kitten from them, this one looked sick, I was thinking of asking them for it because I don't think they have the means to take care of it, but I dont want to get my kittens sick.....

Yeah, the kitten would need to be isolated while it's being treated.
If you can help, that would be awesome, but I would also be sure to help get the parents fixed. Otherwise this will keep happening, unfortunately.

I cant tell them what to do with their cats, and they apparently have alot of them. I wonder why the other kittens dont look sick...

You can offer to help with transport, making calls, etc, and to point them towards resources.
It's the best thing you can do to help their cats in the long term. They will probably all get sick eventually.

Poor things. I really dont know them well enough, I've never even talked to the person who owns the cats. Even if I got them I wouldn't talk to them, it would be through my ex coworker. I just feel bad looking at the poor baby.
