Anyway, if someone is flipping kittens but they're well cared for, I don't think anything can be done. If you have reason to fear for their safety, though, definitely contact the authorities.

That is a future serial killer! I did a sociology paper in college about why animal abuse should be a felony (it wasn’t at the time). The statistics of how many serial killers started out killing animals is unbelievable. Anyone that could look at a little kitten and want it dead is deranged. This guy not only did that but sought them out.
I foster for my local shelter and will get up every 2hr to bottle feed newborn orphaned kittens and currently have 6 of them. How could anyone harm such an innocent little creature? In my opinion, jail is too good for him!

No he was in jail but his lawyer got him out. St Louis is pretty much in an uproar about it

I can only hope that law enforcement and the news media push this story enough that they will make an example of him...and crap like this, happens no more.

If that happens...those sweet kittens did not die in vain.

Well the cat killer's post is still in our Craigslist posting in St Louis. There were a ton of similar posts and they;re having a hard time figuring out which one is his. They're talking about removing all of the ads.

They SHOULD remove all the ads!

And it seems that our maniac may actually be on house arrest.

Honestly really disheartened by all this since I got both my cats from craglist
