Just bought a bag of freshpet from Target. It's the one in the refrig by the pet stuff. Kitkat (not quite 8 months) loves it. However.... Not sure if it counts as wet food?

We do about 50/50 wet and dry. It's definitely not crunchy but not gravy-ish like the backcountry pouches we are currently using.

Anyone tried this and can maybe point me in the right direction? I don't want to diminish his liquid intake.

It's still considered a wet food. There should be a moisture content percentage somewhere on the FreshPet package that should be roughly the same as any other wet cat food. :)

Oh I didn't know moisture content is listed. Thank you!

I've fed this several times when raw was unavailable or I got lazy. It reminds me of raw meat but it's more like wet food. Some might even say a weird in between. It has spoiled easily in my experience.

I use to feed frestpwt often. My cats love it too much and will finish a bag within hour. XD

I’m planning on adding it to their rotation again. But I buy the ones in bags and rolls. The rolls and the different kinds of bags can be hard to fine. As most places on carry the dog food. Ugh.
