HAPPY SUNDAY!!!!
:cheerleader::hellosmiley::heartshape:

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!!

I was just thinking about this so I thought I would ask:

What is your favorite breakfast food? Do you have
a favorite that
you don't have often but love?

I love bacon and eggs. I love to have Eggs Benedict at a restaurant, and also Sausage Gravy and biscuits.
What do you like?

My favorite special breakfast is an omelette with hash browns and toast. I don't have it very often but when I go out for breakfast that is what I always get. My usual breakfast is a meal replacement smoothie. It's quick and easy for a workday morning. It also has the vitamins and minerals in it, I also make it with almond milk to cut back on the calories.

Please describe!!!
The basic ingredients are bacon, egg, sausage, beans, mushrooms, fried tomatoes, fried bread and black pudding although I'm not keen on the last one. It's all basic stuff but for some reason we've claimed the title over here. Perhaps we were the first to combine all those items on a plate, I don't know.
It's always best from a roadside cafe rather than at home for some reason (in the head probably).
The problem is when in Spain, for example, where the bacon and sometimes the sausages are just not right in my experience. Mind you, there's usually an English bar that does it properly.
Yum yum. Ahhh, forget about that cholesterol thing, just tell your heart it's a bean salad.

That looks amazing, but too much food on one plate. If they offered a half-size order, I would buy it. I hate having more food on my plate than I'm going to eat, weird quirk I guess.

I don't eat breakfast, but I like having a veggie omelet for lunch with ketchup on it, nothing on the side.

Every Sunday we treat ourselves to bacon and French toast using homemade cinnamon bread. But I almost always order eggs Benedict (my autocorrect wants to add Arnold) when we eat breakfast in a restaurant.

The full English breakfast looks amazing, mightyboosh mightyboosh ! I’m with M maggiedemi , though. I could only manage about 1/3 of that. My husband always finishes my meals when we eat out so it definitely wouldn’t go to waste! :)

I don't even know if I have an actual favorite but I guess anything egg related with a side of crispy bacon, hash browns and a biscuit dripping with hot butter. May as well as a side of grits with that too.

For decadence though, Lobster Benedict with Lime Hollandaise :yummy:

I love this veggie dish - sweet potato, quinoa breakfast hash with a side of multi-grain toast and strawberry preserves :yummy:
