Mama Star visited the "food court" 2 evenings ago! It's the first we've seen her after her TNR seven days ago. She looks to be doing great!... Raven (Lil Bit), after being in a trap for almost a week (before and after her TNR), and then in a large cage for 2 weeks. We were told to cage her because she was still in heat scent and a "Tom" might hurt her because she was so small. She "served her time like a trooper" and was just released!!! Cheri and I spent A LOT of time with her (mostly playing) so she wouldn't get stressed while in the cage! ...That's 5 cats TNR'd!

We released Raven one week ago today. This morning, for the first time after her since her release, she ventured to the cat "food court" for breakfast. This is where she ate before she was trapped for TNR. Now,, we're hoping she will move into the shed permanently (she would be safer there!).

Any time I view this Stray and Feral forum and can read wonderful news like this...It certainly does brighten up my day. Hope you continue to have good luck with your feral family.

A really great day today! It was in the 60's, the three older ferals took to playing with little Raven for most of the day (between naps). Raven came out of mostly hiding to romp in the back yard, chasing "catch the feathers on a stick" with the two older female ferals, and attacking the older male feral (when he'd roll onto his back and look at her).A lot of laughing today!!

The pedestal pic, --my boy used to relax like that til he got a little asthmatic and the pressure on his chest would trigger a flare, thank you for that memory!! ...And the head butt--how were you there at just the right moment!?, and the beautiful face portraits, and the kittens, actually all of your photos, you're a good photographer!! and so seeing them a time or two more was ok :)
