I was in 7th grade and remember this pretty song very well. The Cowsill family always seemed joyful and wholesome.
What a weird coincidence that you posted this today, as I came here to post a couple Partridge Family songs in memory of David Cassidy whose birthday was April 12. For anyone wondering about the coincidence, the tv show The Partridge Family, was loosely based on The Cowsill family.

The Partridge Family - I Think I Love You

The Partridge Family - I Can Feel Your Heartbeat

And a couple solo songs:
David Cassidy - Cherish

David Cassidy - Lyin' To Myself (from 1990)

RIP David.

This song really gets to me. I'm told that it is about a man who cheats on his wife/gf, and she leaves him over it, but somehow I always associate it with Ted Bundy...which is majorly creepy...Don't get me wrong, I am NOT sympathetic to serial killers in the least, but it just does.

Love this song.
