There's only one for me.....the raw fish. I ate Sushi once at Las Vegas, it may have been so bad because i lived on the lake at the time and spent a lot of time cleaning up dead fish that rolled onto shore. Just biting into it, the texture and the smell, it was just like biting into a dead carp!!!!! :barf:

I don't think I could eat liver if I were starving. I can detect one part of it in ten thousand parts of other, good stuff. Just no way.

The others, which I could choke down if desperate, are tofu, grapefruit, vinegar, and coffee.

there are 7 that I won't eat, but 11 in total if you count what I don't like, but will eat to be polite, but never cook with myself.

I'm vegan AND allergic to wheat/gluten. I'm not picky though about what I am able to eat, but that still brings me to 27

I won't eat bananas and can't eat grapes or raisins. There are a few things on the list, like raw fish, I don't particularly like, but will still eat occasionally.

14. although, tbh, some of those are because of allergies. if I narrow it down to just what I don't like, then it's 9.

I absolutely won't eat tofu, and can't eat wheat bread. There's other things on the list I would eat if I had to, but would rather not.

Nine for myself. But a word on Brussel Sprouts. I use to despise them, But Read a James Beard cook book. When discussing Brussel sprouts, he said he thought Americans cooked them improperly, by boiling them in salted water. He suggested sautéing them in olive oils, with a couple of cloves of garlic, crushed or diced.

I also tried that with cabbage. Chopped up and sautéing it in olive oil and garlic. And don't over cook. And also don't over cook the sprouts.

2.5. I am allergic to dairy so I won't eat yogurt (but there are fake blue cheeses that I like and pre-allergy I loved blue cheese) and think eggplant is just posing as a food item.

When I was a vegetarian everyone served eggplant and I was like oh god um yes thanks but I love this potato salad! I'm just so full of salad I can't eat another bite ohmygosh #lovesPotatoSalad

I'm not a fan of sourdough but I will eat it thus the .5 score.

Otherwise I try everything (if it is not a milk prouduct) snails (which I know I love), hearts, kidney whatever. If you are going to eat animal parts nose to tail is the way to go. Still I might go full veg next week and stay that way for the next decade.
