I tried to have a bowl of BJ's creamy tomato vegetarian gluten free soup. First I dropped the salt shaker in the soup and then Tommy jumped up on the computer desk and stuck his paw into the bowl. I gave up after that and just ate some wheat thins.

Blueberries!
We went to a Greek diner and I had gyro, greek salad and fries. I ended up bringing the fries home.
a slice of carob cherry carob chip cake about 2 1/2 hours ago, which was my dessert from last nights dinner! 
I had a bagel with chives and onion cream cheese.
By the way, not all vegetarian food has cheese. I have a lot of canned and frozen vegetarian food that does not contain cheese.

Fresh popped corn I brought at WalMart. I don't like that microwaved stuffed.

Sabra Classic Hummus with wheat thins.
This is the first time I had hummus in about 7 years. I ate so much of it when I was vegan I got sick of it.

A gluten free carrot muffin made with almond meal, with a teaspoon of vanilla ice cream on top.

For lunch, I ate avocado with salt, pepper and lime juice, a few sweet potato fries cooked in the toaster oven, and a few pieces of celery with homemade piemento cheese.
Two egg Pepper Jack cheese omelette, with a side salad and tzatziki sauce.
A packet of Skips. Probably not the best thing to do before a fish and chip takeaway! 
Tomato sandwich
Some buttered toast and cantaloupe.
Gluten free chocolate chip cookie. Yum!
For breakfast I had Puffins peanut butter cereal with a banana.
