Hi,

My cat is unspayed and will be 2 years old in September 2019. I noticed this discharge on my cat’s vulva. Started antibiotics. But there is a similar discharge on her vulva. Is that common for cats in heat?

Plus she is vomiting bile today.

I’m really tense.

She needs to go back to the vet, and quite possibly will need to be spayed. Please take her to the vet.

It could by pyometra, which occurs in unspayed females and can be fatal. Get her to the vet immediately. Do not wait.

Sounds like an immediate vet trip is in order. Cats are pretty animals just as much as they are predators. Usually by the time we notice something is wrong it is already past the point of waiting for improvement. Please let us know how it goes.
