Cookie twitches when she sleeps but that's about it. Once or twice a year she'll wake up hissing with claws flying which I take as a nightmare.
My dog, on the other hand, is a very active dreamer. He howls, barks, whines, twitches, kicks, and runs.

Charlie doesn't seem to, but Selene will move around and make the cutest little chirps. I often wonder what she dreams about.
your Charlie doesn't seem to dream, but Selene does -- moving around and making really cute little chirps!!! that's great!! :D

maybe your girl dreams about a favorite toy, or snuggling with you...?

The girls, Zoe and Hannah, snore, but don't seem to be dreaming. Rico is out like a light. Ozzy, though, often seems to be dreaming. He makes the cutest little chirping noises and his paws jerk. He's the hunter of our group, so I imagine he's dreaming of pouncing on gophers. :sleepycat:

Buzz moves his little legs and swishes his tail. I know exactly what he is dreaming about. He is running away from me and I am chasing him with a toothbrush and toothpaste.
your Buzz dreams, moving his legs and swishing his tail, and you know exactly what he dreams about!!! very nice!! :D

ahhh, the dreaded toothbrush and toothpaste! :fear:

My dog does, but I never noticed it in my cats. When they sleep, they are out. I don't think a tornado would wake them. Especially Onsa.
you've never noticed your cats seeming to dream, but your dog sure does dream!!! awesome!! :)

that's great that your cats are deep sleepers! :agree:

Demi probably dreams about making kitty friends and eating kibble, his two favorite things. :)

Maggie probably dreams about punching other cats and spending time with her Grandpa, her two favorite things. :devilish:

Gypsy sleeps very quietly but her whiskers will twitch like crazy with lips wiggling and tail flicks as she dreams of decimating birdies as she did when she was the neighborhood stray.
your Gypsy dreams with her whiskers twitching, lips wiggling, and tail flicking as she dreams of decimating birdies!!! most excellent!! :)

my two girls love watching birds out the windows, but have never seen one up close. we did have a bird go down the wood stove chimney pipe and work it's way through to the burn chamber, though -- the stove wasn't going. i 'assisted' the bird back to outdoors, while the girls watched very excitedly through the screen door. DeeDee and Punky thought that was just the coolest thing ever!:clapcat:

There is a space underneath the garage door, it is more like a shed and sometimes the neighbors' cats come over to visit my cats when they are out in the garage. Sometimes they get the nice cat, Demi. But if Maggie happens to be out there, they get a punch in the face when they stick their nose under the door! :devilish:

Toffee and Fudge both twitch in their sleep, with Fudge twitching more so than Toffee. He also moves his mouth a lot and both smile widely during their sleep. I like to think they only dream about happy things!
your Toffee and Fudge both dream, as well as twitch in their sleep!!!
really very nice!! :D

i like to think my cats only dream about happy things, too! :redheartpump:

Carleton makes adorable little squeaky noises when he dreams. :sleepycat: I think he's thinking about his brothers and sisters who he was separated from when they were rescued at the hoarder's house.
your Carleton makes adorable little squeaky noises while dreaming!!! excellent!! :)

awww....maybe your boy misses his brothers and sisters. :alright:

I haven't noticed my two dreaming. I've had cats in the past who were in a deep enough sleep that they were unaware that I was touching them though. I imagine Remy would probably dream about his favorite toys. Maisie would probably dream about being chased because she's so fearful of everything.
you haven't noticed your cats dreaming, but if they did your Remy would likely dream about his favorite toys, while Maisie would probably dream about being chased!!! great!! :D

I've never noticed Ash dreaming before. I think I've seen Frost twitch once or twice, but it hasn't happened often. Ember will occasional twitch in her sleep. Her ears flick and her whiskers move. I've no idea what she's dreaming about as I've never seen her do those movements while awake. She doesn't move much often. The dog sure does though...

you've never seen any of your cats dreaming or any movements in their sleep, but your Otter dreams complete with leg and tail movements and yipping!!! Excellent!! :)

Buddy was the only cat that I had that dreamed. He was the alpha cat so I imagine he dreamed about controlling the other cats. Buddy was the love of my life.
your Buddy dreamed, and you imagine he dreamed about controlling the other cats since he was the alpha cat!!! awesome!! :D
