My husband's bad cough (after over 1 week of him being very sick), followed by mine (just caught what he has). A duet in Mucous Major key. I don't think we can take this act on the road, though.

I have the window open a little and I can hear all of the birds chirping away. 
~ I can hear a train in the distance ... Very nice .

At my last house we could hear a train off in the distance and I always found it very soothing.
