Am I misunderstanding earlier, but do you own or rent?

If own, why even move to a place that has such authoritarian rules. It sounds like a child being held by the hand walking through a mall.... you own the property, wth!?

I bought this house brand new in 06. The first management company was horrible as in they took the money and did next to nothing. Then came along the one we have now and i feel like we’re living in Communist Cuba. I just dontbhave the votes to get someone else to replace them.

Update: Some of the cats seem to cozy up a bit more to me. Two more let me pet them so the goal is to bring a plastic tote and scoop them this wkend. Here’s to scratches , bleeding and infection to my arms and possibly face :)

Here are the “nasty” gang. Well, at least the females :) caught the gray one doing the adult activities in my garage. The black one had a litter a year ago from what my neighbor told me. And the white one I think maybe pregnant. How can you tell? Her belly is a little bit full but I’m not certain. Well these criminals are going in tmrw to get spayed.

Thanks for reading!

Took them in tthis morning and it looks like the total is well over $300 bc of the rabies shots. A few more kitties popped out of nowhere last night pushing the total of unspayed females to about 5. Will try to catch them all in a few weeks’ time. Gonna have to donate plasma or start a GoFundMe page :)
Thank you for the kind words.

Is there a low cost spay/neuter clinic in your area? Also you might see if they offer any vouchers for free or reduced spay/neuters. In my area, you can get a female spayed for $55 and male $45. That price includes a rabies shot. It doesn't hurt to ask if there is a reduced or discounted price since you will be bringing in so many.

Asked the receptionist and she said they don’t have any specials for TNR. The other clinic offers free surgery but only in limited numbers of appointments( 3) and someone always beats me to it. Ain’t no lies I’m hurting for money but I the cats come first. I’m cool with that.

Just picked them up. Surgery went well and none are preggo...Yay!!!
The bill came out only $260 with rabies shots included which is way less than I had expected ..Double yay!!
I asked them if they do any specials for TNR and they offered me 10% off for next time. Third time asking is a charm I guess. It isn’t much of a discount but it sure beats nothing.
They crapped in the cage. Is it ok to give them a bath in the tub? I cleaned them with paper towel and a bit of water a second ago.

I don't think it's a good idea to bathe them so soon after a spay. Please call the vet and ask. If needed I would use just a warm wash cloth with water or a baby wipe. Please call the vet for assurance.
