...with the cats...
i'll reheat a ground chicken taco burger, put it on a bun, add a slice of american cheese on top, and i'm thinking to add some ketchup on it too -- or quite possibly some salsa, since i have some thawed. some acorn squash, with a pat of butter and salt/pepper, reheated. and dessert will be a slice of Dutch Apple Bundt Cake, later in the evening. :D

It not only walked out of the refrigerator, it asked to borrow my razor
Well, for GOD'S SAKE, stomp its head twice before attemting to ingest! It's armed and dangerous!

I had the hot dogs last night, so tonight is a leftover dressing (stuffing to you Yankees) waffle.

Free to good home....
One chicken thieving tortie.
Damnit, Baby Girl.
She stole about 1/4 of the chicken thawing in the sink for OUR dinner and now "Mongolian Chicken" will probably just be "Mongolian." :mad2:
That's hilarious!

Misfit sort of did the same trick this evening. I ate half my quesadillas at the computer. When I looked down to pick up a third piece, the "top" was missing. Misfit had absconded with it and was on the floor noshing on a cheese and sausage tortilla. She snatched it right off my plate in my lap without me noticing. Sneaky and stealthy kitties!

She was just making sure it was good enough for you to eat. That's how much she cares.

You can send her over. I have plenty of chicken and turkey in the freezer. Thighs and wings.

Will trade for one attitudinous tortie who climbs legs (with or without pants) for raspberry sherbet, and who sings cat operal ALL NIGHT LONG. And only allows her humans 28" of space on one side of the bed.

Tonight is wet and rather dank...not awfully cold, but chilly. Think I'll have biscuits and scrambled eggs.

Cat opera

Ours will sometimes start the opera singing a few minutes before I get up, because they're starving, wasting away, even if I get up right this second and dump food in their bowl surely they're so weak they'll have to flop their way over, if they make it at all (drama drama drama)...

The Mongolian food with just a bit of chicken was really good last night.
I was still mad at Baby Girl this morning, but she got in my lap, drooled on my shirt, blinked a lot, kneaded, and purred so hard that she began squeaking in happiness every other beat so I'm not mad at her anymore. (When the purr gets so intense that they squeak...I'm a sucker, I admit.)
Steak tonight, minestrone tomorrow! :yess:
