Morning all 
So just got sent a link to a post a friend made and decided to make a post of my own.
New member obviously, and somewhat new cat owner.
I have 2 Kittens? Both are rescues/adopted.
First one is my snuggle bud Waffles, apprx 7 months old now and is an absolute sweet heart, loves to rub his head on yours and cuddle.
Got him through my best friends school/vet program. Took a month to get him as he had a real bad upper respiratory infection but brought him home and loved on him.
Next one is a new addition to our family, shes more of my gf's than mine since technically she adopter her. Only has one eye <3 because of an infection when she was brought in to the shelter. We were told the medicine they gave her did not take so eventually they removed the eye. She is 2-3months old and tiny (got her at 2lbs.) so in the process of trying to fatten her up a little. Sorry no good photos yet, we adopted in Jacksonville FL and then I brought her home with me in Orlando so pictures are 2 weeks old now, going to try and get better photos this weekend of her
They get along fairly well, but waffles likes to play a little rougher since his a big boy now (almost 9lbs) so we have to keep an eye on them when playing. She has only been in our home for 2 weeks now and they've gotten along pretty well, he was grooming her last night after they got tired of running around for what seemed like hours, so looking forward to being able to let them both roam the house together with no one home in the coming new year.
Going to talk the misses into doing a Christmas card today lol.

I'm glad a friend sent you a link that brought you to this site. Thank you for adopting Waffles and rescuing Leath, both lovely kittens. I'm sure they will thrive under the care of your g.f.and you. I hope they spend many long years together in your home.
