My kitten is on Revolution, she had a case of round worms a month ago. Now it looks shes omitting dead carcasses. She pooped a fried up and mangled on thursday. Now she throws this up? Is it another boiled up roundworm carcass?

Could be. I would be sure to keep up with the monthly parasite treatment, on all the cats for a while, several months at least. one treatment will not always, honestly i dont think usually, ever take care of the problem.
