Wow he is such a handsome boy, and lucky too!! how many kitties get to go to the beach? Is is fully mobile now? does he still need a diaper when inside? Bless you for all that you did for the special little guy

He is fully mobile but does normally wear a diaper. Hes sneaky sometimes and is able to get it off though.
