Yes, that is correct. 284 toes. Four months ago I had 1 cat with the normal 18 toes... Then I rescued a litter and ended up keeping 2 of them. They happen to be polydactyl, with Gadget boasting 23 toes and Bean Bean with 22. Thier mama (18 toes) was a half feral that my mom had been feeding. A month ago she brought the mom cat to me, pregnant, who then had 8 kittens. Six of them are polydactyl with anywhere from 22 to 25 toes each! And here we are, 284 toes later. I've contacted whom I needed to and got spay/neuter certificates for the mom and 2 older kittens. My first cat has been spayed for ages, thankfully. I don't know ow where I am going to find homes for at least half of "The Toe Troop" but their adorable so that will help. Sinatra, Tyke, Gadget, Bean Bean, Lil Grey, Lil Orange, Kiwi-doll, One Dot, Two Dot, Three Dot, The Squawker, and Re-Pete say hello to you and yours!
