If you, and I'm sure you are, gently wipe his eyes clean, that would be very good. sometimes that gunk can actually get sticky and literally seal the eyelids shut which would be bad, so you want to keep his eyes clean.
I'm so glad about his hair coming back!!

Updates:All three kittens are healthy now and third kitten's furris growing well and his watery eyes stopped now. His paralyzed leg is better than before, walking but slightly limping. Cloudy in pupil is still there. Below are third kitten's pics

Cattitude's Amazing vets. Third kitten's skin problem (mange like) is completely cured by proper food, clean water and shelter.

Thanks again for all who replied in this post.

I've been thinking about you all this time :)! --For whatever strange reason I didn't get the notice that you'd posted so I didn't know until just now, sorry about that.
Thank you so much for the update!!
Wow, I can't believe the difference in number three!! Look at that, even the tips of his ears are better! I'll be keeping my fingers crossed that he can see well enough to be able to be a cat, and that it maybe even improves.
I'm so very, very glad to hear they're ok, and that all your hard work, efforts and time has helped these kittens to grow.
You're really an incredible person, good for you!!

Update: seems 2nd kitten's eyes are covering with cloudy white. And suddenly kitten is looking at water bowl like a new object, acting like something or someone is in front of her but really there's nothing.i have attached the photos.
Whether it's changes in eye color or cataract?

Hi! I'm so sorry I didn't get an alert that you'd posted, thank you for sending me the pm!

I'm scared it's cataracts based on your description, but I don't know.
That's frustrating that her eyes would start up with this now, after she's been getting good food for a while... have you had a chance to talk with the Cattitude people?

A normal cataract wouldnt begin in both eyes simultaneusly.

I dont know what is it.
But as the kitten seem to lose eyesight its serious of course.

Can it be a lack of taurine?
What did the kitten got to eat?

OK. I was thinking, if it was cat food for adult cats, it may be not enough taurin in it. Cat food for kittens has extra much taurin added. (yes, its possible to add taurine)
And taurin is among others "for eyes".

I really dont know what this is, just an idea.

Hi!
What an interesting group of people, I just spent some time looking at Cattitude's website - they aren't able to accept foreign donations yet but I have asked other members on The Cat Site here to say a prayer for you and your kittens.

Something that occurred to me is that you were feeding eggs, can you do that again if you aren't already? It will help with the taurine, and other nutrients.

If you can access some seafood, --fish, shellfish, that would help too, but if not, the eggs will still be beneficial.
