At this time of the day(morning), humans sleep and many cats wander for food.

I tried looking for its mother but cats just run away from me.

Should I leave the kitten outside? It keeps meowing non-stop, so I guess its mother or some cat might take care of it.

I won't keep it inside, that's for sure. I've had enough. - No shelters in my place.

In 2 hours I'll release it, whatever happens happens.

AIice AIice Judging by what you've said in your other threads about the cat you have I imagine you are very reluctant to take proper care of this kitten or try to find him a good home.

If it were me or any of the other regular posters on TCS we would keep the kitten inside, make sure he was seen by a vet and had proper food. If you are unwilling to do this and taking the kitten to a shelter is not an option then releasing him outside again is the only option.

Please give him something to eat and drink now, so that at least he isn't starving. Take him back to the place you found him, but if possible make sure he is safe, either in some bushes or in an area where he can hide and take shelter.

A young kitten without his mother won't survive. If his mother doesn't come back within a few hours it may be because something awful has happened to her.

In that case his life is in your hands.

My advice, as I stated above, is to keep him inside and care for him but no one on TCS can force you to do that if it's not what you're willing to do.

Due to unexpected weather, I couldn't release the kitten. This topic is still on.

Norachan Norachan
I tried finding a home but all refused, and some disgusting humans were scared.
Keeping it is not an option, my cat will kill it and I don't want another ungrateful animal in my life.
---

There are people who put food/dishes for cats by the door. I'm thinking of putting the kitten in a box by the door, ring the bell and hide in bush. But it's risky, should I try it? They won't feel responsible, troubled or guilty if I tried handing it over or they see me with the kitten, its life is my responsibility now ...

That's not helpful and I don't care about its life. I'm just doing what is right like a robot, releasing it is an option but the last option.
I accept death even upon myself
.

This topic is just to avoid future regret. Please help.

EDIT: Also, how do I upload a picture? this forum refuse links. The kitten's eye is injuried.

If the picture is saved on your computer, hit 'Upload a file' and select it from there.

I ask that you please reconsider and make this poor kitten's life a priority. It is likely scared, hungry, and confused. I have never raised a kitten before, so I will defer that process to other chatters. I have seen good advice on eye-care before, so please upload a picture so someone can give you the best feedback possible!

AIice AIice I really don't understand what you want. You say;

I don't want another ungrateful animal in my life.
and

I don't care about its life
but then you are asking questions about how to re-home the kitten and you seem concerned about his eye. What were you thinking when you picked him up? You saw a small animal in danger and wanted to do something to help, no?

You can either keep the kitten and take proper care of him or you can decide it's none of your business.

If you decide you are going to keep him then we can give you advice on how to help him and how to introduce him to your current cat so that she sees him as part of the family.

We can't help you with your regrets if you decide not to help him. You have the opportunity to save another being's life here. That's the most precious opportunity we are ever given. I'm sorry but I don't see how you can avoid regretting it if you turn that opportunity down.

It was my kid brother who picked it up, not me. But that doesn't matter, I would pick it up, too.. if no cats were around.

Deciding it's non of my business or releasing it is not any different than killing the kitten.

Keeping it means wasting another $64 for food and deal with the cat fights/requests/waste, and I'm short on time. One cat was already too much.

Alice, I can assure you, as someone who owns two cats, it does not cost sixty-four dollars to feed two cats. The extra waste is also not exponentially greater - at least not in my experience. My cats are fully grown, so again I will default to someone who has more kitten experience in regards to diet and litter box training.

You may want to separate your cat from this kitten if you think that the cat will react violently. Do you have reason to believe it would do that? Might be best to share that here.

Once again, this kitten is likely hungry and desperate for a chance at life. Please consider giving it a fighting chance at least until you can say it's healthy and ready to find a loving home.

My current cat has already tried to KILL the kitten so many times and even me, leaving a scar on my cheek, scratches and a serious bite. I lost trust in cats, I will remember this forever and show no mercy next time.

I thought she's my only real family and living being that I can trust in this world , but not anymore, everyone is an enemy. I realized I'm all alone again, thanks kitty.

The kitten has no place, I left it in a small bathroom with just food.

You can't introduce a new kitten into your current cat's home and expect them to get along right away.

Introductions take time.

How To Successfully Introduce Cats: The Ultimate Guide

How To Fix An Unsuccessful Cat Introduction

Do Cats Get Jealous? (and What To Do About It When They Do)

A small, confined space like a bathroom is the perfect place to keep the kitten for now. Can you make a bed for him? A cardboard box lined with a blanket and covered with another blanket will give him some security.

Put newspaper on the floor and a litter box nearby. Kittens have small bladders, like babies, and he might not understand where to go at first.

What is wrong with his eye? Did you manage to take any pictures?

I'm feeding 22 cats for around $120 a week, I assure you it shouldn't cost that much as $64 to feed 2 cats.

My cats don't fight with each other, they're all really good friends. We can help you with the introductions when the time comes.

I said "another" so the total would be $128 a month for two cats.

What are you feeding them?

And yes I know they can get along but I don't want two cats! One cat is like a partner caring for each other, two cats is babysitting. That's not the real reason but worth mentioning to someone like you, I guess. 22 cats is too much.

It sounds to me like you do care about your cat, and about this kitten you’ve found. Take a deep breath. Don’t take your cat’s emotions reaction; he is alarmed by the smell of a new cat and will not adjust right away.

Please reach out to some of the resources above.

I tried putting her in a box with a message then leave it by the door of random people. They all refused, including my father. They're all irresponsible criminals. I'm done wasting time.

It is night now with ok weather and cats wander outside, quick, What do I do? should I leave it outside or there's a better idea? Keep in mind she definitely can't survive alone, and I "can't" keep her.

Diary:
I saw a group of female apes, thought they are easy bite for kittens, but nope. They literally ran away from me screaming for help.

Tried the nearby house, a bearded ape appeared, he didn't understand a single word even with repeating, then he walked away saying things that are usually said to beggers and crazy people. -- minutes laters, he's looking down on me from afar. Looking for laughs to feel good of himself, probably.

I saw an opened door, threw the cat in, rang the bell and closed the door. --5 minutes later, the kitten is outside.

Met my father, threw nonsense words at me, knowing the kitten can't live alone yet treated me like crazy then drove away.

Pure Alice is slowly learning hatred and becoming evil.
end

Where do you live? If there are no shelters or rescues nearby are there any vets nearby that you can bring the kitten to? If there are, tell them that you found this little one and are unable to care for her. They may be able to either find her a home or they may have contacts with a shelter/rescue somewhere else.

Yes I think "where I live" is the problem. Shipping heavy things to the Middle East is expensive. On Amazon, the same product is way cheaper.

No shelters in my city, heard from Google map that there are vets in my place but whenever I go they don't actually exist.

Putting this kitten in a box and leaving it at random places is a good way to make sure the kitten does not survive. I suggest letting it stay, making sure it is healthy (get us pictures of her eye so we can help!) and eventually finding it a good home since you don't seem to want to keep it.
