I know your always see my name here
I don't know what wrong with Lily! when I finish a problem he starts new one he was diagnosed with herpes and the vet said you will probably see some flare up in the future I didn't think that the flare-up is a big problem until I move to another city and hearing him sneezing every hour I try give him lysine by tomlyn that all I have I give him two scops and didn't see any change anyway He has another problem which is diarrhea so the vet thinks it's only sensitivity problem I brought royal cabin wet food sensitivity control because of the dry one doesn't work and it works!! No more diarrhea he was fine for 2 weeks but after that I wake up hearing him vomiting clear foamy once so since it's only once I didn't think about it today he vomits again yellow foamy i don't know what the problem the vet told me before that don't give him free feeding make schedule 6 in the morning and 4 pm then 1 pm if you want to give him three meals so when I search about the vomiting it could be too long from meal to meal?? And the first time he coughs it the end he appetite is good no diarrhea and I don't think he lethargic he wakes up and purring in my bed I don't know what wrong with him i already spend my whole money for him when this start do you think i need to worry about this ??

The herpes virus will remain dormant in his body for all his life, that's why you should keep it under strict control.
There are antiviral meds to keep the virus quiet.
Has your cat been wormed?

When a cat vomits clear foam or juices, it is the sign that their stomach is empty, and the hunger or the empty stomach or the acidity make them vomit.
I would keep her bowl with some food in it all day round.
You caould also give him meds against the nausea and the eccessive acid in his stomach.

My cat vomits early in the mornings if her dish was empty overnight. And I give her two shots of a med to keep the acidity under a certain limit.

Ask your vet.

He gives him some antiviral med before then I ask him to give again he told me not to worry about the flare-up they usually recovery on his own
And about the worm the vet said I don't think he has it because diarrhea stops
I wish I could put some dry kibble but I didn't find one not cause him diarrhea

If dry food gives him diarrhea, it sound like one of the infredients (usually grain) bothers his tummy.
You should find a dry food where the carbohydrates are given by something diffrent than grains, like potatos or pseudo-cereals, like quinoa or similar.

If he vomits clear liquids it is because his stomach is empty, but probably there's an issue of hyper-acidity.
I will try feeding him small meal to see if it the reason

I didn't see him purring ether i'm worried really he eat and go to litter box just fine and wake up in the middle of the night playing for 15 second is there something to worry about i'm really far away from my regular vet

What was the reason why he woke you up in the morning? Was he hungry and calling for food? If yes, then now he isn't hungry anymore because you left out a small meal for him and he doesn't need to call you for food.

As long as a cat is eating fine, not drinking a lot, using their litter regularly and playing and doing their cat things, I wouldn't worry. The cat is perfectly fine.
If he's not purring anymore, then probably he doesn't need it now :)

Don't get worried for a morning when he isn't hungry as usual.
Of course this is easier said than done, because I, too, was a bit concerned yesterday when my cat didn't wake up at the usual time and preferred to snooze a little longer. And this morning she didn't want to eat even if she was wide awake and alert.
Both yesterday and this morning she eventually acted perfectly.

Don't be too anxious, cats can feel your anxiety and get stressed.
