Stewart has lost a pound this last week. He is still eating and pooping ok but is visibly skinnier. Help?
If he lost a pound in a week, he's probably lost more before that. This should be considered very serious and a vet appointment is needed right now. It may be easy to correct depending on what it is, but regardless, the sooner its addressed is the key to helping him and keeping costs down.Stewart has lost a pound this last week. Sorry to hear about Stewart. Push for an ultrasound when you visit the vet as there is normally an underlying problem that causes pancreatitis. My dear boy had many bouts of chronic pancreatitis and the underlying cause turned out to be severe ibd/possible lymphoma. I hope the vets get to the bottom of it and Stewart feels better real soon xWent a couple days fine but threw up last night. Going back to the vet, but don't know what the real problem is.
