Last night I had green been casserole and some potato salad for dinner. I baked the casserole myself. I must say it was pretty good but fattening. I'll worry about that on my next doctors visit.

egg salad sandwich, raw carrot/celery/cauliflower pieces with ranch salad dressing as a dip, a handful of mini pretzels, and a slice of banana bread -- spread out through the evening/night.

Time to use my sourdough! A grilled sourdough pizza with my sauce, turkey pepperoni, a mix of hot and sweet peppers, sauteed onions and 'shrooms, and mozz.

Rick is making hamburgers for the grill and I'm making hasselback potatoes in the air fryer

Oven-fried chicken tenders and green beans. I'll also be making a big batch of sauce tonight, so I may sneak in a little bowl of that, as well!

Leftover pasta with fresh asparagus from the farmer's market and a square of Ghiradelli dark chocolate.

Pork cutlet with BBQ sauce, one-pot rice and veggies (carrots, onion, red bell pepper, green beans) steamed in chicken stock, and chopped organic apple.

the last of the pork fried rice and possibly a smidgen of lasagna (depending on if the pork fried rice turns out to be enough or not), and a few mini pretzels.

Last night I finally used the grill for the first time this year. I grilled corn, turkey burgers and chicken. I also made a huge salad with lettuce from the garden. We had the turkey burgers last night. Tonight will be the chicken.

Hot dogs with onions and cheese, AGAIN. Actually, I could easily eat them two meals a day, 5 or 6 days a week, and be perfectly content. At least for 3 or 4 months. Then I'd be on to something else for a bit, cycling back to the hot dogs in a year or so. I've always been like that. Dunno why. I have to make a concerted effort to vary my diet to some degree.

We have two burgers left from Sunday. Rick will grill them and while, they're on the grill, we'll also be grilling a French baguette and a romaine heart for me to make grilled Caesar salad.

Having venison back strap with salad and a side veggie tonight if the meat isn't freezer-burned. Vacuum sealed - should be good to go.

When the weather cooled off several days ago I made a big batch of vegetarian chili. It's a damp, rainy day here so perfect for leftover veg. chili and a french onion bagel.

That sounds delicious. I've been wanting some veg. chili. I need to go to the grocery store tomorrow so I will pick some up for dinner.

I'm having leftovers for dinner. Half a bagel left over from breakfast, broccoli from lunch and spaghetti left over from last nights dinner.
