That's a good idea! I think it's just not quite her time yet! :)

Well the vet said to pretty much let nature take its course. So I guess it's just the waiting game now

No it really isn't lol. I feel for her, cause I have 4 children of my own. So I know it's rough on her. The anticipation is killing me though :D

Congratulations! You'll need to watch out for a runt or two. Try to weigh them soon.

They're all eating right now. She did a very good job. Took at least 5 hours cause she got really tired. But there's 5 really big ones & 1 little tiny one

Yeaaa wasn't prepared as the stray wasn't mine. Only kind of scale I have is a regular bathroom scale. She & the kittens all seem to be doing great. She just drank some water & went right back to feeding & caring for them. They're all very active

If possible, get a kitchen scale that weighs in grams at Walmart. They are inexpensive.

The tiny one you really need to watch and make sure she is getting enough to grow on. Sometimes the bigger kittens bully the little ones off the nipples.

Do you have kitten formula? You may need it to supplement the little one with. Mom needs to drink a dish a day for the calcium for nursing.

Walmart carries the PetAg powdered kitten formula in the can.

Just letting you all know that all 6 kittens are still doing great. I bottle feed the runt 3 times a day cause it still gets beat up. But its gaining weight now. Theyre eyes are all open, theyre walking around & even playing
