I love doing this. I usually have Greek Yogurt mixed with granola for breakfast every morning. i do add fresh blueberries to it.. so good.
I've started enjoying frozen fruit (microwaved to warm), mixed with half a cup of Fage 0% yogurt, and a quarter cup of almost any cereal. This tastes quite delicious and is friendly to a waistline I'm interested in shrinking a bit!
