Angua still doesn't like dogs despite living with one for over a year. She is polite to the dog more or less, but if the dog comes too close she'll hiss and growl.

I have three rescues and two are brothers.  This picture is of Tatum showing his American Pride.  The black and white one is Tyson and he is addicted to q-tips.   They are the best cats I've had and I have had plenty over the years.  My cats are my family too and they get treated like family.  They are spoiled rotten to be exact!!!  But, wouldn't want it any other way.

Entry:

Snoop was caught in a trap by animal control. From there he was taken to the shelter and put in a cage. After the required time, he was taken to the pet store and put in a cage. Now, he absolutely goes nuts if you try to put him in the carrier, or in the pet cage in the garage. My other cats always slept out there in A/C or heat. Snoop would rather sleep on the porch and be hot. This winter will be a test for him. I do have a small insulated pet box he can sleep in on the porch unless it is really severe weather.

This is my cat, Miss Mia.  She is 10 months old and I adopted her from a local no-kill cat rescue about 1 1/2 weeks ago.  She is the friendliest cat you have ever met.  She is not scared of anyone, loves following you around the apartment, playing will any toy she can get her paws on, and snuggling with you during a nap or bedtime.  As you can see in this picture, she loves talking to everyone as well.

...i have two large shelters i put out for my ferals....i also insulate my cat carrier and use that too...if that's what you have just take the door off and Snoop will be ok.....even Bones crawled inside when i brought it back in...left his head out tho...View media item 368639

Our family happily became larger over the weekend - on CATurday (which non-cat people refer to as "Saturday" for some unknown reason  ) we welcomed ELVIS into our home and hearts!  He is 9, a handsome big blue tabby boy who has shown quite a fondness for catnip and honeysuckle toys, "snakey" wand toys, and his new room, where he'll be spending the next few days before we start introductions.  I think he would love a green Turbo Scratcher, too.

Flash is a beautiful Maine Coon that was a stud for a breeder for 6 years. He is now retired and living with me, with brother Oliver, also a Maine Coon. Flash LOVES to play! He is still scared of many things, but has improved a lot since his retirement. He doesn't have a Turbo Scratcher yet!

This is the new little baby we got on Saturday. She needs a place to learn to scratch as she learns where the litter box is.
