I just love R.J. he looks so personable
He really is!  He gets along well with dogs and cats, and loves all people, especially if they have food!  LOL

Does  R.J'S  vet have adoptable cats if so R.J.'s cute pic just might help to find forever homes. Just a thought.
The vet actually has 2 clinic kitties.  R.J. and Shadow.  Shadow is a black female short hair who prefers to spend her time in the back of the clinic instead of in the position of meet and greet in the front.

They do occasionally have a cat or 2 up for adoption; usually cats or kittens that have been found and brought into them.  They currently have a male Tabby-Siamese cross, that was found in the area. Despite repeated ads, no one has claimed him and he is up for adoption.  He's GORGEOUS!!  They also have a female Ragdoll mix senior kitty.  She belonged to the Mother of one of the Vet's.  Unfortunately this little lady needs a home all to herself, so the Vet was unable to bring her into her home.

I adopted my twins, Spencer and Katie from there a few years ago.
I really love the pumpkin one!
He is so agreeable, that he lets them do anything they want to him!  Wait till they dress him up for Christmas!!!  LOL

RJ is just too cute, I love him. He is just adorable in the costumes. But even w/out the costumes he is very photogenic. His expressions are so friendly and at ease.

That sounds like fun. I live so far out, I get no trick-or-treaters. I take candy to my neighbor's kids and grandkids. (and the adults, too.)
This is our first year living in our neighborhood and we're actually worried that we might not get enough trick-or-treaters like last year (we lived in an apartment complex, which might be why). I've only seen four houses decorated on our entire street so far, and it is so dark out here in the desert. We made sure to get some Halloween decorations that light up and just put them up today.

Forgot to mention this earlier, but: Aaaahhh, everyone's kitties in costume are just soooo cute!! I'm also looking forward to seeing RJ dressed up for Christmas. He looks really good in orange as the pumpkin and the flower, but I bet he's going to be stunning in Christmas red & green.

Just a feeling.
I can understand you're coming from on this. Because pretty much all the cats look pretty miserable hahaha. but in the states, on halloween, some people like to dress their pets up as well. Most time, they're only dressed up like that long enough to snap a picture! lol.

Great costumes everyone!!!

I wasn't able to afford any costumes for my cats this year, but hopefully next year i'll have 3 over grown tarantula's scaring the crap out of each other and people who visit my home on Halloween ahah

Whitney actually LIKES her T Rex costume!!!

She wore the body all day yesterday like a sweater. The temp is dropping here mabee she was cold. Of course I linked the costume wearing to treats!  The head is clumsy as it has a battery pack and I cat get it to stay on her head-It falls over her eyes and she does not like that. BTW the eyes glow red and flash.

Today is our one year adoption anniversary! I love her so much!

Happy 'Gotcha day'!

Oh my, glowing red flashing eyes?   If I saw that outfit moving towards me in the dark I think I might freak out, never mind any cat wearing it.

Well, I don't think it's cat abuse, but if it really upsets your cat, please don't do it :( Most cats would just wiggle away and let you know they didn't like it, but there are those cats who are so shy and retiring and let you do things that make them upset because they're just kind of resigned to it. Don't make those types of cats sit through a costume fitting.

An alternative is to create a little diorama with pumpkins and decorations and things and entice your cat there with a toy or catnip or something like that, and then take pictures of the cat playing among the decorations.

My Charvone was also a Devil, but it was last year. This is actually a dog costume, so that is why it may look a little short. He tolerates being in costume very well. In the last picture, he sat in the box of candy I was giving out.

This year, Char-Char is going to be a Jedi (Obi-Wan Kenobi or Qui-Gon Jinn?) and Sakura-chan (we got her only last month) is going to be Slave Leia, both also dog costumes. I'm waiting until the day of Halloween to dress them up (and take pictures) so they can peer at the trick-or-treaters through the window or the metal screen door in costume (both are very friendly and calm, always trying to answer the door). I and my husband are going to sit outside to pass out candy so we don't have to worry about them having an opportunity to escape by constantly opening and closing the door.

I love it! Abby's lobster was also a dog costume. :)

There are some seriously cute pictures here already and I can't wait to see what everyone gets up to on Halloween All Hallows Eve.  :hyper:     I don't have any costumes for Mouse, but even if I had the cash to find one I doubt I'd get him in to it - he would wriggle for his life! :lol3:     Mind you,    he might be daft enough to climb in to an outfit himself if he thought it was a hiding place.   Maybe I should get sewing and see what I can come up with.

This was his dressing up in pink tissue paper accident.  Now if I could get him to do that with a superman cape or a set of bat wings.....
:lol3::lol3:

Whitney is a T-Rex this year.  GRRRRRRR!!!!!
That is a seriously awesome costume!:clap::clap:
