I've been good this evening, I haven't had anything since my cup of Moroccan tea with honey.
yogurt with homemade granola, and some pesto pasta salad.
Whole grain toast with orange curd.

A cheese bun heated with butter.
about 2 1/2 ounces of a chunk of cheese, about 4 hours ago.
Bolognaise sauce on Brussels sprouts. It was very yummy!!!

An apple-filled doughnut. Rick stopped for doughnuts on his way home from bowling last night. I saved one for this morning.
I want to try this, it sounds good. I love brussels sprouts.
I had 1½ pieces of toast with butter. Aimee ate half a piece...and tried to help herself to more but I said no. She has her own food but she always wants what I am eating.

pretzels, and yogurt w/homemade granola sprinkled over it.
A green shake. It had a kiwi fruit, celery, cucumber, spinach and coriander. It was horrible!!!!
