She looks a bit like my Balinese boy (just seal point instead of blue point), so that would be my best guess personally; however, I don't know too much about Ragdoll cats. If I remember correctly, Himalayans tend to have longer fur, but I could be wrong about that. She's beautiful, though!

For the short-term I've solved the problem by putting away my cords in drawers when I'm not in my room or not using them, and picking up my kitten when he gets too close to them when I am using them. I think I'll try bitter apple or other citrus...
