I'm so sorry. I see the stem is now getting shriveled at the bottom and there is discoloration on the top leaves. you could try to cut above the shriveled stem where it looks healthy and cut below on top to where it looks healthy. Leave it out to dry over where it was cut and see if any...

    Corona Virus Now Spreading

Just an updated article that the student who shared the photo from this school was suspended. Still many more questions I have that are not answered in the article like what codes of conduct were broken and what changes, if any, are being made to make it safer, but it makes me wonder how many...

The "what's On Your Mind?" Thread -2020

Searching for a new vet. Posted in my towns page asking for suggestions. A friend recommended Banfield, but it seems that is hit or miss. My friend was happy with it, plus saved a lot of money on the wellness plan, and the wellness plan would save me a butt load compared to my previous vet...

@LTS3 Ohhhh, the crassula definitely had a good drink from the last water. Wrinkles no more! Yes, haworthias are hard to tell when they need watering. Haven't figured them out yet, but the last one was overwatered and not sure if it is still alive or just dying/dead in the pot. Time will tell...

That's a good question. They are the size of the gray, and I have seen red when I was up at school, so I believe this one is still a gray, but has lightly different coloration. Here is a video from the other day :) Let me know what you think.

@LTS3 southeastern should get a good amount of sun. My window personally is thicker for insulation purposes and my plants still stretch in a south facing window. While I haven't run into this specific issue with leaves dropping (other than my hen and chick and still not sure if I can save or...

    The Positive Thread 2020

Such mild weather the past couple of days has allowed the windows open all day with beautiful nature noises fluttering in. So peaceful. Insects singing loudly. Plus, the past week has been constant squirrels eating at the feeder! One was making a weird noise while inside one of the cubbies of...

    Corona Virus Now Spreading

For those of us in the northern suburbs of Chicago. Careful going out to restaurants everyone! Masks are supposed to be mandatory in Illinois, unless people are sitting at their table, so not sure if this was a result of people not wearing properly or customers not replacing their masks when...

@LTS3 Don't worry about watering it yet, I was thinking it may have been overwatered. :) But if you haven't watered, it shouldn't be that. Where do you keep it? What type of sun? Inside or outside?

@LTS3 Oh no! That one hasn't been watered yet since you repot, has it? Some of the leaves that have fallen look suspiciously translucent, which is why I wonder that. You're crassula is so pretty with that darker green outline along the edges <3 You'll have to let me know if the leaves plump...
