I never met any Great Granparent. All but one died before I was born. Two Grandparents died before I was born. I was 10 when my Mother's Father died. I was 29 when my Father's mother died. The most that I have learned about my Great Grandparents has come from research on Ancestry.

Are you providing a water fountain ? Both of my boys use it multiple times a day. Jackpot sometimes washes his paws in it as well.

Several months ago Miles refused to eat wet food. It caused him to throw up. The Veterinarian put him on a prescription cat food, that's available in both wet & dry. Now both boys eat this brand. I keep both Wet/Dry on hand. Miles still prefers the dry over the wet.

Miles gets his front Claws done every other week . Jackpot lucky if he gets his claws trimmed once a month. Jackpot is just a squirmy wormy and difficult to hold takes two people to hold him.

I often do the same with Jackpot when he gets startled at the sound of a helicopter hovering overhead . I live behind a hospital that has the helio pad close by. Being next to Jackpot and speaking that everything is ok as we both watch the helicopter Land or Take off.
