Aren't Butterball turkeys injected with ingredients to enhance flavor and tenderness, even the fresh ones? Otherwise it would just be "turkey," not a Butterball.
Whatever is in there might not agree with your cat.
My fairly large cats are real kickers, and that dang clay litter goes everywhere unless we use really large and/or deep boxes. I'm wondering if the pellets also go flying out of the boxes. Do I need to use a deep box for the pellet litter or will they be okay with one of the smaller ones...
Now, that's really interesting! My cats eat homemade food that has a lot of egg yolk in it, as well as getting half a yolk each for a treat about once a week. Even my severely allergic friend doesn't react badly at our house (she'll even stay over). I thought it was my superior housekeeping...
I've never actually doubled a batch of raw cat food. But I got a great deal on chicken thighs. I know with recipes for humans, you don't double the salt, but what about raw cat food?
Maybe I should just do half today and half tomorrow, but I really would prefer to just get it done.
