That makes sense I did think at one point he was a spotted mackerel because he does have a fair few spots on his tummy but also on his body his stripes look less stripey and more spotty if you understand what I mean...he is such a beautiful cat though...i have always wanted a tabby a grey one...

Yes he is very handsome such beautiful markings he has FHV which thankfully flares up less and less now he's getting older and his immune system is getting stronger he called Stanley after my dad. I didn't know you could get a broken mackerel, I thought they were either mackerel spotted or ticked?
