Hello! I'm a longtime, lapsed TCS member. Some of you who were here back at the beginning of the decade might remember me. 🙂
My husband and I have two cats now -- one is one of the same ones I had before...
I don't think it's always as cut-and-dried as your first line. Family is supposed to be your strongest relationship, but sometimes they just aren't worth being around. Every crappy manipulator, liar, deadbeat, etc. is SOMEONE's family.
Now, OP, I'm not saying that's the case with you at all...
I had just adopted Boots and Kramer, and was trying to figure out whether or not Kramer was going to kill tiny Boots. :lol3:
Of course, they grew up to be best friends.
Indeed, I would get her spay appointment moved up if at all possible. Yes, spaying at this stage will terminate any pregnancy that is likely developing, but this is better for her, AND for you, if she doesn't have kittens.
Two weeks of pregnancy is likely still within the safe range for...
Depends on what kind of dog, lol.
Just a a regular hot dog gets mustard, onions, and dill relish. NOT sweet relish, yuck! :lol3:
Bratwurst get brown mustard and sauerkraut.

This is just from my own experience, so it might not apply to all situations.
To me, personalities are hard to tell at that age, especially in a first-time meeting when you're strangers and they might be skittish. Also keep in mind that cat personalities change over time. There was a time when...
Is the red veiny thing in a circle...? I don't want to alarm you, but it could be ringworm, which does cause hair loss and red patches. It's by no means dangerous, but it's uncomfortable and unsightly and it can spread to humans.
Google some ringworm pictures and see what you think. She...
Hi everyone :wavey:
After three years of dating, DB and I are finally moving in together at long last! :lol3: :banana1: :hobbes:
Here's the situation: I have two cats (Boots and Kramer), he has two cats (Evie and Baggy). Currently they live in separate houses. We need tips on the best...
Just saying, I used to work at Taco Bell, and you shouldn't have to specify that it needs to be fresh. They're supposed to make everything to order. :sigh:
Nice to meet you too :)
Yes, acidophilus is the name of a bacterial species that serves as a probiotic. What I was referring to with "raw" was a raw meat cat food diet, consisting of meat you would buy from the grocery store (and a few other things, but the diet is 90+% meat and bone). Many of...
