How long does it realistically take for a cat to completely get rid of roundworms by administered monthly Revolution?

My kitten is on Revolution, she had a case of round worms a month ago. Now it looks shes omitting dead carcasses. She pooped a fried up and mangled on thursday. Now she throws this up? Is it another boiled up roundworm carcass?

Is the medicine still effective if my kitten swallows them while rather then chew on it? My kitten does like that taste.

Thank you so much for the advice!!! I will make sure to be on top of her meds. I want to give her the best life possible, considering she is my first pet. Im taking her back to the vet for a recheck up end of this month. She will possibly get her third dose of profender as well.

Does thi cleaning regime apply for roundworms as well?

Clean her box every week and apply fresh new litter to it, basic cleaning around her litter box area and house hold.
