don't know if this is the right place to post this, but i just noticed yesterday that my cat has weird bump on his tail. it's maybe a half and inch big, and he won't hold still long enough for us to look at it. he doesn't flinch or anything if we touch it, so it doesn't seem as if it hurts...

that really is neat! i can't afford one either we do have a cool one that was only $20 at target-not nearly as good as an electric one, but it sure as heck beats scooping. you roll it upside down and it sifts everything into a drawer that you just pull out and dump

my cats can't stand their back paws touched either. as for the ticklish thing though, 2 of my cats will stick their butts up and their tails shoot straight up when you run your hand down their spines close to their tails. it's like a reflex, and i've always thought that maybe they are ticklish...

i have a very stubborn cat that does this too. he can't stand to not know what is going on. it took awhile, but i have gotten it to where i can say DOWN really loud and stern, and he will hop off-treats help too=) sometimes he will look really pissed off or pretend like he doesn't hear me...

my black and white kitty has some serious dandruff going on! his back is all black, and brushing does not get all the white flakes out. i used a sticky lint roller (gently of course) to get the flakes off of him, but what should i do to prevent this in the 1st place??
