Thanks for the replies everyone. When he was a kitten he had the full markings, and he's 8 months now. Depending on his hair cycle we can see more and then another month less, but then more again. Here is the first photo of him standing, he is 2 months old, 2 1/2 months in the on the back...

Ah his coat in certain lights has a tabby pattern hence why I called it a tabby smoke but that's interesting. Thank you for the info.

Ah as for her eyes in pictures they look like a steel grey yellow but if you look it's kind of steel yellow and around the iris is a line of blue but the blue doesn't fill the eye.

I wanted to reply, because recently I adopted a cat with your color of coat. His name is Nobu, and he is so cute. I think he is 3.5 months old now, and he is 5.2lbs already... so might be a big cat instead of smaller like yours? I included the adoption picture of when he was really small too :)
