Thank you for all of your answers! Since everyone was kind of split on boy or girl, I waited a little longer to try for a better picture. I'm still undecided.
My nephew found this kitten (Cookie) in the middle of the street, on July 1st, in the rain. It was already able to sprint and had it's premolars out. It was only 7.5 ounces. It is up to 1 pound and 1.5 ounces now and eats all day. It doesn't look too skinny but it's clearly just tiny overall...
