He definitely tries to stay in one room. The only problem is the litter box. I'm planning on buying him a new one with a cover.
Any ideas on preventing litter tracking? He has a kicking problem.
I enjoy crafting a lot so my ideas might seem crazy.
See if you can find some bowls that have holes or handles on them. You can attach a cord of some sort to a sturdy item such as a fence or (if you have one) the railing beside your door.
I know that there are paracord bracelet sets that...
I'm not an expert, so feel free to ignore me.

Try getting the cats indoors during mealtime. But only if they're actually yours, and are safe.
The way I would go about this, is when you are watching them to keep away the racoons, try repeating a phrase, or do what I do and have a bell...
There is no easy way to make them comfortable in the vet's office itself, but the car ride can be a lot less stressful. Try taking your cat out into the car more often, not just for stressful events. For example, take them out in the car, drive around for five minutes, then bring them home...
In the meantime, how should I deal with his behavior? He seems somewhat depressed and/or super stressed out. Should I leave him alone or give him more attention?
Nemo and Tiger (the two big cats) usually stay downstairs, where the resources such as the litter box, food, and water are. Charlie (mine) tries to stay upstairs where me and two other girls sleep.
Since they don't have a proper AC unit, we have to keep the doors closed to preserve the...
When we lived in Virginia, we had a schedule going everyday. I'd wake up, ask him if he's hungry, and then let him out of my room for breakfast.
The litter box was in my room, where he stayed at night.
In the new house, he won't respond as excited when I ask him if he's hungry. He eats slower...
My family and I just moved from a calm environment in Virginia. There was very little noise and excitement in the environment.
We moved in with our family up into Lowell, Massachusetts. Into the middle of a city. On a main street to downtown.
Not only is there a ton of noise, but there are two...
Oops. That last one was premature.
I spent almost a half hour retraining and reinforcing today. He’s been reverting to “roll over” lately, probably because that’s the cutest one.
I have taught him (in this order)
Sit, Up, (Roll) Over, and Shake.
And the ideas of
Come here, kisses...
His name is Charlie.
I got him from the neighborhood when he was about 6 weeks old.
He was a stray and I couldn’t find where he came from, so I kept him.
