I am a 60 year old curmudgeon with six decades of experience raising, training and breeding many dozen cats. I’ve had cats most of my life with some occasional spans with none that didn’t last long. I’m NOT a pro.
I have had cats with temperaments that span the entire spectrum. I’ve had hiders, biters, fighters and flighters. I’ve coaxed them all out of their antisocial behaviors. One thing I’ve found more often than not is that to get a cat to change, you don’t change the cat. You change the behavior of the humans around them.
