Thanks you guys!! I was feeding all Fancy Feast (and a tiny bit of Dr. Elseys dry) before our last vet visit and she called the Fancy Feast fast food so I got all paranoid I was giving him junk. But he eats it and likes it so Fancy Feast it is!
So I have a picky picky eater kitty. He happily scarfs down his breakfast Fancy Feast. He sometimes eats his Merrick rabbit or duck pouches, the wellness duck pouches, and walks away from almost all others. His brothers eats everything including what he leave in his bowl. I’m considering saying...
We use the surefeed microchip feeders to keep food from getting mixed. They’re expensive but oh so worth it. If you get them, it takes about a week for the kitties to get used to the noise and moving parts but it’s been smooth sailing since.
Everything had potato starch or pea protein so that’s a very good possibility. Wellness we fed as an occasional treat meal, but it made his poop SO STINKY it wasn’t in the normal rotation.
We took the boys to the vet today for their checkup and rabies vaccination. Bowie is perfect weight, Lemmy is fat. But we knew that and he’s been dieting and has lost a pound over the past couple months so we’re getting him where he needs to be. Two pounds down and he’ll be fine. But, Bowie is...
He ate about a quarter of his dinner and then half his dry food, so he’s at about 100 calories for tha day vs his normal 250 but I guess some is better than none.
My two kitties get four meals a day, Dr. Elseys dry at 6 am, wet at 8am then wet again at 5pm, and dry at 11pm. I noticed my one kitty still had all of his evening and morning dry when I went to feed him this morning, but sometimes he doesn’t eat all of it so I didn’t think much about it. I gave...
Goid evening, I just wanted to ask experiences with Revolution and vomiting. I have a scarf and barf kitty, but he’ll go long periods without vomiting. However, when we apply his Revolution it seems like the scarf and barf comes back right away. He isn’t regurgitating, he actually gags and...
He’s not exactly begging, but on the other side of the door...
Is where his wet food is served. I think laying down on his food mat may be a subtle hint. (We feed wet in the garage because we don’t park in there ever and he and his brother eat like 1000 kindergarteners so it makes dinner time...
