I was going to spay her but then now I think she is pregnant

I have found a cat and I am taking care of it and t ran outside a few weeks ago and went for a day when it was in heat but now I am not sure if it is pregnant

But we just call him her brother cuz they get along so well

Also they aren’t siblings we found one on the street when they was a kitten so Is it fine if they mate

She isn’t really underweight just smaller and she hasn’t been spayed and she eats as much as she wants but I think that she just looks small because he brother is much bigger

My cat is about 1 year old now she has been acting really weirdly and doesn’t let me touch her belly she has gained a little bit of weight and likes to follow me everywhere and just sleep on my lap all day she hasn’t been vomiting.
