OK - so in reading the other comments I just will say this (and you can correct me at anytime).
Cats are social and need contact.
They need light and warmth.
They require love daily.
They need to be in a safe environment.
They need to be protected from insects/spiders/snakes/rats etc.
Q: Can you...
When a Princess needs a Knight she shall have, hence Sir Griflet (Knight of the round table but the cat is a HUGE SOOK). A princess also needs a maid hence Lady Niniane (a derivate of Viviane AKA Lady of the Lake - who showers with me!). Breeders of Grif and Nini even agreed and put those names...
I think your statement about trusting family members or friends is a bit strong. Agree their should be plans in place but some of us have actually given up relationships and thousands of dollars of our own to care for our deceased relatives pets.
I became the owner of my Mothers cat when she passed (kinda came with the house that I inherited with my Brother). We discussed what to do with both (the house and the cat) and decided whilst I stayed there I would look after the cat. Seven years later I have not just a house and my Princess but...
Wish I could - have AC in one room and when I put it on they hate it (so it is run for about an hour a year!) We have dry arid heat. They just become flat out like a lizard drinking. Agree about the cold - when it hits zero to five below I can't even get them out of bed for breakfast!
Hi guys - I know it is probably very cool where most of you live but right now Canberra Australia is slightly on the warm side (though a number of my fellows are really having it harder in other regions). I just wanted to ask what do you do in temperatures over 38 degrees Celsius to keep you...
Stefanz - I think you might be on the right track. I haven't seen the kitten in person but from my daughters description she has channels of crème on the back. Much more greyer than the home photo suggests. I think from the photos a blue tortie. Any clue if the three are of the same litter...
My Daughter just bought this four month old kitten (Victoria - Australia). The cat looks to be spotted tabby with a bit of Coon to me. Thoughts? Cat is the one on the left in photo 1.
Biological Appropriate Raw Food. I suggest you do your research as the Pet and Vet Communities seem divided over this feeding method. You can buy it frozen or make your own. As I live in Australia I can't help you with stockists or brands (unless you live in Oz).
It worked for my Cat but it...
'Quick' update. All good again - they now expect breakfast, lunch and dinner . I was watching their feeding behaviours over the last five days. Princess Sparx loves prawns, Sir Griflet is so so but Lady Niniane doesn't rate them. Nini would watch the other two eating and then go for...
