Yes I have both received and given them as gifts.  The last gift card I received was for Christmas and it was for my hairdresser, I really liked that one.  I also get gift cards from my rewards from banks etc.  I usually choose the dining gift cards when I have enough points.

This plan sounds good Pam and I hope it all works out esp. for Muffin.  I hate knowing she has only one room to roam and this just might do the trick.  Take pics when everything is set up.

Actually, I don't think you should be taking an infant anywhere.  Not only because of the cats but anywhere there are crowds of people.  The baby can catch things from huge amounts of people too. Keep your baby home and safe until he/she is a little older, just my opinion.

I get my news from Yahoo and TV.

I keep a list going as I need things and then put it all together in order of where the items are in the store. I go whenever I'm able which means when I feel up to it.
