I especially love baked potatoes and horseradish mashed potatoes that DH makes. Potatoes are so multi-purpose.  We had "bratwurst pizza", bratwurst, ricotta cheese, and onions on a thin pizza crust.

Just accidentally put the newly-bought vanilla ice cream in the fridge.
