I've had cats do this, I always thought it was hunting! I presumed they were "hunting" their toys and meowing to let their humans know, or just to shout about their success!

I think that the list sounds great, if a little idealistic. It's a great place to aim for, while understanding that not everyone can be that way all the time, as we are all human.
