Thank you and no as far as I can tell she’s not breaking the skin just seems to be grooming more than normal. First time dealing with a shaved cat so just making sure her skin isn’t irritated or anything like that.

Thank you all for the advice. I think we are back to pretty much normal. I’m still being cautious around her so I don’t spook her but she seems to be mostly her old self. I appreciate the community here…makes me feel not alone going thru things like this.

She is doing much better. Staples came out Saturday morning and she was still spicy Saturday evening. But now this hissing is at a minimum and we are getting along just fine. It’s nice having my cuddly cat back. Thank you all for the advice.
