I am pleased to report that the pouch is now gone.

It is going lower into the leg, yes. I tried calling an emergency vet office. The woman told me she can't advise me without knowing what the vet did to her and that I have to call them.

She hasn't been able to walk straight for a while and is generally pretty wobbly. So I can't tell if it's actually impacting her ability to walk. She is acting more active and alert than she was for the past few days of a result of getting fluids. Has been eating better since. Not quite acting...
