Like @Timmer said it probably would be safer to let them be on their own and get them vaccinated and spayed and neutered. That way they will stay closer to home. I have outdoor cats myself and live in the country too. Not to be discouraging but unfortunately from experience I have found there...
They are gorgeous kitties! I used to be not much of a cat person either until two years ago (just like you lol) when some feral and stray cats started showing up at our house and I started caring for them. I have lost my heart to these cats lol. Look forward to seeing more of your kitties!!
Oh fleas are such a pain in the neck! Mine had them not that long ago and it was a job getting rid of them.

This morning I went to check on my dwarf hamster, Gracie, and found her huddled in a corner of her cage dying. I am heartbroken. I knew it was coming because she is 3 years old which is the longest that a hamster can live. It still hurts though even when I knew it was coming. I will miss her...
