Actually In most cases low quality canned food will have around the same or less amount of carbs than high end dry food. So nutrient profile wise (not ingredient) low end canned food is the same as the average “high end” dry.

Orijen is the holy grail of dry of and cat food. However they only make a dry food for Cats. The company doesn’t make any wet food, however does make freeze dried dog food which when rehydrated turns into a wet food type slurry. But they don’t make that for Cats. Primal is another good brand
